Fees for Services

Our comprehensive evaluations are designed to provide diagnostic clarity, inform treatment planning, or meet specific reporting needs for legal, medical, workplace, or immigration purposes. Each package includes intake, clinical assessment, structured measures or questionnaires (as appropriate), scoring/interpretation, a written report, and a feedback session. Clinical & Diagnostic Evaluation Package – $700
A thorough evaluation to assess mental health concerns, provide a DSM-5 diagnosis, and guide treatment planning. Includes a written report and feedback session.

Immigration & Specialized Evaluations – $1,050 (Rates start at $1,050. More complex cases (e.g., asylum with extensive documentation or court testimony) may be billed at a higher rate.

Designed for hardship waivers, asylum, VAWA, U-visas, or other immigration-related cases. Includes a comprehensive clinical interview, culturally informed assessment, and a formal report tailored for legal proceedings.

Employment / Legal Evaluations – $750–$1,000 (depending on complexity and reporting requirements.)

For workplace accommodations, return-to-work assessments, disability documentation, family court, or other legal cases. Includes full psychosocial evaluation and written documentation.

Medical / Pre-Surgical Evaluations – $750-$1,000

Required for procedures such as bariatric surgery, fertility treatments, or organ transplants. Includes structured interview, psychosocial assessment, and clearance documentation.

  • Add-On: Collateral Interviews or Record Review – $175-250/hour

    Optional supplemental service for contacting schools, medical providers, or reviewing extensive records.
