If you are not using insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the total expected cost of your care. This estimate will be provided to you in writing before your first session.

Your privacy is a top priority at BeUTherapy. All sessions are confidential and protected in accordance with California state law and the ethical standards of the social work profession. Information you share in therapy will never be disclosed without your consent, except in the rare circumstances required by law (such as risk of harm to self or others).

Telehealth

Sessions are offered through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform to protect your privacy and ensure accessibility. If alternative arrangements are needed, they can be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

• Initial Intake Session (60 minutes) – $175
• Individual Therapy (50 minutes) – $175

Specialty Services

• EMDR Therapy (60 minutes) – $250
• Consultation & Coaching (50–60 minutes) – $225–$250
• Workshops, Trainings & Organizational Consulting (90 minutes – full programs) – Starting at $500

Extended Sessions

For clients who prefer additional time for deeper exploration or specialized interventions:

• Extended Individual Therapy (75 minutes) – $275
• Extended Couples & Family Therapy (90 minutes) – $325
• Extended EMDR Therapy (90 minutes) – $325
• Extended Consultation/Coaching (90 minutes) – $325

• Sliding scale or reduced-fee options may be available upon request.
• Superbill provided for out-of-network insurance reimbursement.
• Workshops and organizational consulting are priced based on scope and group size.

We operate as a private pay practice. This means clients pay at the time of service, and we are considered an out-of-network provider with most insurance companies. Upon request, we can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement, depending on your plan.

To ensure a seamless and secure experience, certain insurance claims may be processed through our trusted billing partners specializing in mental health services.

If your plan is not listed, we are happy to provide a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
